Salt Media CEO Emphasizes the Significance of Positive Work Ethic in Achieving Prosperity
Asante Akyem Agogo, Ghana – September 20, 2023 – Mr. Ohene Kwame Frimpong, a prominent business figure and the Chief Executive Officer of Salt Media, underscored the critical role of workers’ attitudes in achieving success in the world of entrepreneurship during a recent interview on Salt 95.9 FM. Frimpong, known for his diverse business ventures in Ghana and abroad, shared his insights on the pivotal importance of workforce morale and a favorable business environment.
Comparing the conditions for investment in Europe to those in Ghana, O.K Frimpong highlighted the attitude of workers as a key distinguishing factor. He stressed that fostering a positive work ethic among employees, combined with government-friendly policies, could substantially enhance the attractiveness of entrepreneurship in Ghana.
“I firmly believe that the main ingredient for the success of any investment lies in the attitude of the workers. When this aligns with government policies, it can make entrepreneurship far more appealing,” stated Ohene Kwame Frimpong during the radio broadcast on Salt 95.9 FM.
O.K Frimpong’s commitment to youth development and education was also evident during the interview. He disclosed that one of his primary motivations for establishing Salt 95.9 FM was to create a platform for youth to access education and awareness, encouraging them to aspire to greater heights.
“I started Salt 95.9 FM for the youth. I wanted to provide the platform for them to gain the education and awareness needed to aim for progress,” Frimpong affirmed.
He emphasized that it is incumbent upon the youth to collaborate and work together to uplift the state of Asante Akyem Agogo, highlighting the potential of youth-driven initiatives in driving local development.
In recognition of his entrepreneurial accomplishments and contributions to society, Ohene Kwame Frimpong has received several awards, including the “Forty Under 40 Best Entrepreneur in Food & Beverage” and the “People’s Most Favorite Entrepreneur Award” in the 2021 edition. He was also honored as the “National Communications Awards Emerging Media CEO of the Year 2021.”
