Artiste manager and CEO of Elgrace2120 Enterprise, Bigboy Kwesi has highlighted the importance of artiste development.

“We need to invest in training and capacity-building programs to equip them with the skills they need to succeed,” he stated.
However, despite the challenges, he’s very optimistic about the future of Ghana’s music industry. “We have a lot of talented artists in Ghana, and with the right support and structures in place, we can compete with the best in the world,” he said.
