Black Stars Captain Andre Ayew Makes a Cash Donation To Sellas Tetteh. Nottingham Forest attacker and Skipper for the Ghana Black Stars, Andre Dede Ayew has made a cash donation to ailing Coach Sellas Tetteh,66, the former coach of Ghana under 20, according to reports from Ghanaian Sports Journalist, @Saddick Adams.
Andre Ayew, who parted ways with his Qatar Pro league side Al Sadd before joining the premier league side Nottingham Forest, donated an undisclosed amount in cash to the embattling former Under 20 coach Sellas Tetteh.
Sellas Tetteh, last month, in an interview with Angel Fm, disclosed he is battling with an ailment and begged Ghanaians to support him financially. Sellas Ttteh said his condition has forced him to spend all his savings in an attempt to heal himself.
The former Liberty professional gaffer, therefore, pleaded with Ghanaians to support him financially adding that the state still owns him after winning the 2009 under-20 world cup trophy.
Many football people and well-meaning Ghanaians, we understand have made cash donations to support Sellas Tetteh after the appeal.
The latest to make the donation to Sellas Tetteh is Andre Dede Ayew who was the captain of the under 20 under Sellas Tetteh both led the team to world cup glory in 2009.
Broadcast journalist, Saddick Adams, revealed the donation was made to Sellas Tetteh on behalf of Ayew’s Mother MadamĀ Mrs. Mhaha Ayew, and Spokesperson for Ayew, Fiifi Tackie.

Sellas Tetteh,66, was a football manager who won the under-20 world cup with Ghana Black Satellites in 2009. He has coached Ghana under 17, and the Black Stars as well.
He was the coach for the Rwanda National team in 2010 and also coach for the Sierra Leone National team.
